Who you will work with

Two decades in the field, now on your inspection team

Ed Hubbell has spent two decades inspecting welds, auditing radiography crews and testing metal in the oil and gas, pulp and paper and energy sectors, with an excellent safety record the whole way. He still does the work himself, on client sites, alongside the technicians he trains.

He holds CGSB Level 2 certification in five NDT methods and API 577 certification in welding metallurgy. That pairing matters when something fails: he can read the radiograph and explain the metallurgy behind it.

“I fill critical auditing and inspection roles, and provide mentorship to junior technicians.”

How it works

From first call to signed report

Four steps, the same on every job. You always know what happens next and who to call about it.

  1. 01

    Tell us the scope

Call or write with the location, materials, codes and dates. We confirm exactly which inspections and credentials the job calls for.

  2. 02

    Book your slot

A booking fee holds the date and comes off your final quote. We need 5 business days’ notice.

  3. 03

    We do the work

On your site anywhere in Canada or abroad, at our desk reviewing film, or in our Prince George lab.

  4. 04

    You get the report

Signed results that go straight into your QA records and your turnover package.

Our standard

Acta Non Verba.

Deeds, not words. We stand behind every inspection, audit and course we deliver. If a job falls outside what our certifications cover, we’ll say so before you book.

  • Customer focused

Your specification and your schedule set the agenda. Our reports say plainly what passed, what failed and what to fix.

  • Safety conscious

An excellent safety record from two decades around live plants and radiation sources. All X-ray work runs under our in-house Radiation Safety Officer.

  • Quality assured

Quality before quantity. No shortcuts on the job or off it, right down to the turnover paperwork.

  • Two decades in the field

Pipelines, hydro, pulp mills, marine, nuclear and defence work. Few problems on site are new to us.
