Overview

We test for lead paint, leftover lead in soil and on surfaces, and lead in imported products. On request, we also screen for mercury, cadmium and other toxic heavy metals.

It’s most useful wherever coatings may date from before 1980, and for products made abroad that must be verified lead-free. After lead removal, we re-test ground, walls and equipment so you have third-party proof that remediation worked.

You get a written report with quick turnaround. We can also label lead-bearing surfaces on the spot, so crews know what they’re dealing with before remediation starts.
