XRF analyzer operator training, Level 1

Five hours in the classroom and on the analyzer, and you’re ready to challenge the CGSB Level 1 XRF operator exam.

Overview

You need this course before you can challenge the CGSB Level 1 X-ray fluorescence analyzer operator exam. It’s taught in person and covers radiation safety, how the analyzer works, and hands-on testing of real samples.

Once certified, Level 1 operators can run an analyzer on paid work, write XRF techniques, sign reports and audit other operators.

Iridium Training is a Natural Resources Canada Authorized Training Organization, and our Radiation Safety Officer teaches every class.
